Teresa Maria Fernandes Rodrigues Cabral Monteiro, concluiu a Agregação - em 2012. É Professor Associado com Agregação na Universidade de Aveiro. Publicou 148 artigos em revistas especializadas e vários trabalhos em atas de eventos. Possui 243 itens de produção técnica. Participou em 24 eventos no estrangeiro e 10 em Portugal. No seu curriculum DeGóis os termos mais frequentes na contextualização da produção científica e tecnológica são: caracterização ótica (ex. PL, PLE, TRPL) de materiais de largo hiato energético, GaN, ZnO e outras matrizes óxidas (ex. ZrO2 e TiO2); caracterização de amostras (bulk, filmes finos e nanoestruturas) não dopadas e intencionalmente dopadas com iões lantanídeos e metais de transição.
