Fernando Gil International Prize 2010

The creation of the Fernando Gil International Prize in Philosophy of Science was announced by the Portuguese government at the time of his death, to honor his memory and work (1937-2006) and will be awarded, since the 2011 edition, every two years in Lisbon.

The Prize intends to reward a work of particular excellence, in the domain of the Philosophy of Science, by a researcher from any nationality or professional affiliation, published during the five previous years.
