Programa de Apoio à Política de Tecnologias de Informação e Comunicação (2007-2013)
- 24/05/2007O Programa de Apoio às Políticas de TIC (ICT PSP – ICT Policy Support Programme) tem o objectivo de acelerar o desenvolvimento sustentável de uma sociedade da informação competitiva, inovadora e inclusiva. É um dos três programas específicos do Programa Quadro de Competitividade e Inovação (2007-2013) da UE (CIP – Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme).
São publicados regularmente na Internet anúncios de concursos para o ICT PSP.
O programa de trabalho para 2011 encontra-se na fase final de aprovação, estando prevista a sua adopção no início do próximo ano.
O Programa de Trabalho para 2010 teve um envelope financeiro de 107 milhões de euros para os temas e objectivos seguintes:
- ICT for a low carbon economy and smart mobility:
- ICT for energy and water efficiency in social housing;
- ICT for water efficiency;
- Energy efficient co-operative transport management systems;
- Support to eCall implementation based on 112.
- Digital Libraries:
- Coordinating Europeana;
- Enhancing/Aggregating content in Europeana;
- Digitising content for Europeana;
- Access to European Rights Information / Registry of Orphan Works;
- Open access to scientific information;
- Statistics on cultural heritage digitisation activities.
- ICT for health and inclusion:
- Enlargement of the Pilot "epSOS" on eHealth Interoperability for patient's summaries and ePrescription;
- Scaling up of eHealth services and supporting the EU eHealth governance initiative;
- e-Accessibility of Public Digital Terminals;
- Assistive technologies and accessibility portal.
- Open innovation for future internet enabled services in "smart" cities:
- Open Innovation for future Internet-enabled Services in "smart" Cities.
- ICT for improved public services for citizens and businesses:
- Enlargement of the Pilot "SPOCS" preparing the implementation of the Services Directive;
- eJustice services;

O Programa de Trabalho para 2009 teve um envelope financeiro de 99,5 milhões euros, para os temas e objectivos seguintes:
- ICT for health, ageing and Inclusion:
- ICT for patient-centred health service;
- Innovative eHealth tools and services in real life – learning together;
- ICT for ageing well / independent living;
- e-Accessibility thematic network.
- Digital Libraries:
- European Digital Library - services;
- European Digital Library – aggregating digital content in Europeana;
- European Digital Library – Digitising content for Europeana;
- Open access to scientific information;
- Use of cultural heritage material for education.

- Enlargement of the e-Procurement Pilot PEPPOL;

O Programa de Trabalho do ICT PSP em 2008 teve um envelope financeiro de 44,5 M€, para os temas e objectivos seguintes:
- ICT for user friendly administrations; public services and inclusion:
- Preparing the implementation of the Services Directive ;
- Reduction of Administrative Burdens across the EU ;
- Emergency Services Accessible to All – Total Conversation ;
- ICT for ageing well with cognitive problems, combining assistive and independent living technologies;
- Capacity building for eInclusion;
- Improving certification of eHealth products.
- ICT for energy efficiency and sustainability in urban areas:
- ICT for energy efficiency in public building and spaces, including lighting;
- ICT for adaptive urban transport management infrastructure and services ;
- Consensus building and experience sharing for ICT for energy efficiency and sustainability in urban areas .
- Consensus building, experience sharing on Internet evolution and security:
- A European concerted effort on RFID ;
- Trusted Information Infrastructures and Biometric Technologies;

O Programa de Trabalho do ICT PSP em 2007 teve um orçamento de 65,5 M€, para os temas e objectivos seguintes:
