This symbol declares the conformity of web pages with the CSS – Cascading Style Sheets from the W3C – World Wide Web Consortium guidelines. CSS is a simple mechanism to define the style (e.g., fonts, colors, spacing) of Web pages that was introduced by the W3C in 1996, with the publication of the CSS level 1 Recommendation.
