The NHS card, in your form, can be obtained in the Health Centre in your area of residence.
Health Centres are placed by residential areas. People should go to the one in their area of residence and find out about consultation hours, types of services, referral hospitals and available diagnostic services.
The Health Centre in your residence area issues to immigrants with a regular situation, a form with the Health Card, that must be presented every time in a Health Centre or at any other health service.
