Registration procedure
Delegates are required to complete the registration form in this page. After submitting the registration form, you will receive an automatic e-mail with all the details of your payment (see Methods of payment available).
Accompanying person: the conference is not offering an accompanying person's registration fee. Any persons wishing to attend any part of the conference must register as a delegate. If however you wish a guest to accompany you to the conference dinner, you may purchase additional tickets in the registration form. Please note these provide access to the conference dinner only.

Methods of payment
We are only able to accept payments by national or international bank transfer. The total amount of the fee should be credited to the conference organizer in one payment. Transfer expenses should be paid by the participant. All payments must be in EURO. Please note your registration will be considered valid only after receipt of payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration refunds will be made for written cancellations received up to the registration deadline (August 15th, 2012), minus a 5 EUR processing fee. In case the cancellation is received after that date, no refunds will be made. This includes also the costs of the conference dinner.
