- Show proof of enrolment and payment of fees demanding by the institution;
- Show means of subsistence;
- Be covered by the National Health Service or hold a health insurance.
- The residence permit is valid for a period of a year and it is renewable for equal periods. If the length of the study programs is less than an year, the residence permit has the necessary length to cover the study period.
- Be registered in an high school
- Be covered by the National Health Service (SNS) or hold a health insurance;
- The validity of the residence permit may not exceed a year and is renewable for equal periods provided that the granting conditions remain.
- Has entered and remains legally in Portugal;
- Exhibit proof of enrolment and payment of the fee demanded by that institution;
- Show means of subsistence;
- Be covered by the National Health Service or hold a health insurance.
These residence permits may be cancelled or not renewed if the holder:
- Does not meet or no longer meets the specific conditions that have determined the concession of a visa or residence permit in question; or
- Perform a subordinated professional activity when such is forbidden or outside the condition in which it is allowed; or
- Do not succeed in the studies.
