Learn how to communicate about your research!
This workshop on science communication, “From the Lab to Media”, is organized by Research Trial, in partnership with the School of Tourism and Maritime Technology (ESTM) and the Marine and Environmental Sciences Centre (MARE), both from the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria. This workshop aims to make communication between scientists and the media more effective.

Topics such as scientific design and illustration, the importance of institutional media relations offices, online science communication and how to work with the press will be discussed.

The target audience is researchers, journalists and science communication professionals.
