Seminar Series on ICT Policy Research (2nd session)

The second seminar in the Series of Seminars on Research into Public ICT Policies under the framework of the Carnegie Mellon - Portugal Program and financed by Science and Technology Foundation (FCT), took place on 12 March 2008 at 17:00 at IST-Lisbon.
The seminar, which was held as a Knowledge Networks activity, was given on the theme " Network Externalities Mediated by Rates: Is Regulatory intervention Good?" with the speaker being Professor Steffen Hoernig, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics, New University of Lisbon. This was co-organised by the Institute for Robotic Systems - Lisbon and by The Knowledge Society Agency (UMIC).
