Seminar Series on ICT Policy Research (2nd session)

Carnegie Mellon University logo The second seminar in the Series of Seminars on Research into Public ICT Policies under the framework of the Carnegie Mellon - Portugal Program and financed by Science and Technology Foundation (FCT), took place on 12 March 2008 at 17:00 at IST-Lisbon.

The seminar, which was held as a Knowledge Networks activity, was given on the theme " Network Externalities Mediated by Rates: Is Regulatory intervention Good?" with the speaker being Professor Steffen Hoernig, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics, New University of Lisbon. This was co-organised by the Institute for Robotic Systems - Lisbon and by The Knowledge Society Agency (UMIC).
