Meeting of the OECD's Information, Computers and Communication Policy Committee (55th session)

The 55th meeting of the OECD’s Information, Computers and Communication Policy Committee (ICCP) was held in Seoul, Republic of Korea, on 19 June 2008. At this meeting, delegates took stock of the OECD Ministerial Meeting on the Future of the Internet Economy, which was also held in Seoul two days before, and was preceded on 16 June by three Stakeholders Forums (Business, Internet Technical Community, Civil Society/Organized Labour), from which ramifications for future work topics were examined, as were the draft Committee work programme and budget for the 2009-2010 two-year period. The Portuguese delegation was headed by the President of The Knowledge Society Agency (UMIC).
