Seminar Series on ICT Policy Research

Carnegie Mellon University logoThe first seminar of a Series of Seminars on Research into Public ICT Policies held as part of the Carnegie Mellon – Portugal programme and financed by Science and Technology Foundation (FCT), took place on 27 February 2008 at 18:00.

The seminar, which was held as part of the Knowledge Networks activities, was on the theme of “ Real-Time Spectrum Sharing and Secondary Markets” and the speaker was Professor Jon M. Peha, Associate Director of the Center for Wireless and Broadband Networking of Carnegie Mellon University(CMU). This was jointly organized by IST-Lisbon and The Knowledge Society Agency (UMIC).
