Polytechnic of Leiria has been showing a sustained growth in the number of R&D+i projects that it coordinates and participates, through its various Research Units, with several different partners.

These projects present high transdisciplinarity, applicability and transferability to the local, regional, national and international economy.

Fulfilling our main premise of R&D+i activity as a polytechnical institution, they also ensure a strong alignment with the European R&D+i strategies, which allows us to foretell an even greater success in the future for our R&D+I activity.
