Carolina Alves is Master in Business Administration by Aveiro University, and co-founder of the portuguese company Talents & Treasures, dedicated to the Smart Cities. SInGeLu is a "smart" management platform of public lighting, which allows a more rational use of resources. Implemented in six countries, this project was awarded at national and international level.
