ICOLC (International Coalition of Library Consortia) is an international organization providing opportunities for library consortia from all over the world to discuss current issues of common interest.

The ICOLC Europe Meeting 2014 will be held at the National Library of Portugal, in Lisbon.

The conference is mainly targeted at information professionals with an interest in consortia licensing. ICOLC conferences are not generally open for commercial players in the publishing market, but publishers/vendors may be invited to participate either in grill sessions or report on specific issues.

Starting with an evening reception on Sunday, October 19, 2014, meetings take place from Monday, October 20 to Wednesday October 22 noon.
