The GAE (Employment Support Offices) have services available for the employers to support the recruitment of citizens.
The processes of application, interviewing and placement in the labor market, boosted by a relationship and closeness and trust with our customers (regular immigrant citizens residing in Portugal, but also Portuguese citizens), allows us to provide added value to the Employers and ensure free referral of professional applicant for job offers.
Citizens who use our services have a very wide range of qualifications, skills and experience, so we have people with extensive work experience in various business sectors in our database.
The employment contract entered into with a foreign worker from outside of the European Economic Area or a stateless person is subject to written form and must contain, without prejudice to other charges in the case of permanent contracts, the instructions given in article 5 of the Labor Code.
The exception to this rule applies to nationals of Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Turkey, Brazil (provided you have the required equal rights’ status), Cape Verde, Guinea Bissau and Sao Tome and Principe.
