Master in Mechanical Engineering – Industrial Production
Goals
The specialized training on Engineering Sciences/Technologies, in particular Mechanical Engineering concerning to Industrial Production, is a fundamental training offer to promote the national technological evolution, enhancing and fostering competitiveness, generating added value on the national industry. The goals of this Master degree include the attainment of knowledge and skills by the students, to be applied in the domain of Mechanical Engineering – Industrial Production, mainly through projects, dissertations or in-service training with strong bonds to professional activities, companies and R&D institutions. The goal of this offer consists on providing a professional specialization in the domain of Industrial Production, enabling the Mechanical Engineering graduates or related degrees to proceed their studies and active professionals to achieve an additional specialization, adding value to the local and national industry.

Conditions of admission
Who can apply to the Master’s Degree?
- Holders of an undergraduate degree or a legal equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management and Engineering, and related fields;
- Holders of a foreign higher education diploma, granted after a first cycle of studies, under the principles of the Bologna Process, by a State, which has subscribed this Process, in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management and Engineering, and related fields;
- Holders of a foreign higher education diploma that is recognized by the Technical and Scientific Council of the School of Technology and Management, in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management and Engineering, and related fields;
- Holders of an academic, scientific or professional curriculum that is recognized as certifying the skills to attend this cycle of studies by the Technical and Scientific Council of the School of Technology and Management.
