Master in Public Administration
Goals
The master’s degree in general AP aims to provide graduates an integrated set of dynamic capabilities, firmly grounded in knowledge and skills at an advanced level of understanding in the scientific area of the AP, with particular attention to the Macau Special Administrative Region, as it is intended that this Masters course will run in Leiria and Macau as well.
This Masters course aims to train multidisciplinary professionals to exercise of functions in AP and private sector companies that relate to the AP, as well as academic training in this area. Seeks to respond to new challenges facing the AP, as a result of the evolution of the state of globalization, European integration process and the Macau-China relationship, and require a new performance based on criteria of efficiency and productivity, without, however, forget the responsibility of the Public Service prosecutor of social equity.

Conditions of admission
People who can apply to the Master’s Degree:
- Holders of an undergraduate degree or a legal equivalent in Law, Public Administration, Economics and Management;
- Holders of a foreign higher education diploma, granted after a first cycle of studies, under the principles of the Bologna Process, by a State, which has subscribed this Process, in Law, Public Administration, Economics and Management;
- Holders of a foreign higher education diploma that is recognized as meeting the objectives of an undergraduate degree by the Technical and Scientific Council of the School of Technology and Management, in Law, Public Administration, Economics and Management;
- Holders of an academic, scientific or professional curriculum that is recognized as certifying the skills to attend this cycle of studies by the Technical and Scientific Council of the School of Technology and Management.
