Goals

The course aims to provide knowledge and competencies at a theoretical, practical and methodological level in key areas of understanding valuation of the potential of Arts in education/animation; The main objectives to be developed in CU’s, are:

  • Provide a set of specific competencies and Knowledge within the training in the different activities of Artistic Intervention and Animation;
  • Deepen and apply different methodologies of Artistic Intervention and Animation;
  • Designing the artistic intervention as educational strategy, contributing for an effective linkage between the various educational contexts;
  • Enable students with knowledge and educational and artistic competencies to intervene in groups/ organizations/institutions;
  • Promote the debate and reflection around the Artistic Intervention and Animation linking them to the plurality of forms of action taking into account the new challenges of contemporaneity;
  • Promote and strengthen scientific research in the course’s areas.

Conditions of admission

People who can apply to the Master’s Degree:

  1. Graduates in Cultural Animation, Sociocultural Animation, Social Work, Social Education, Primary Education, Psychology;
  2. Teachers and holders of an undergraduate degree in other areas of social sciences and humanities;
  3. Holders of a foreign higher academic degree, recognized by the scientific body of the higher education institution as an undergraduate degree in the areas referred to above;
  4. Holders of an academic, scientific or professional curriculum that is recognized as attesting the capacity to carry out this cycle of studies by the scientific body of higher education institution.
