Registration procedure

Participants are required to complete the registration form available at the end of this page. After submitting the registration form, you will receive an automatic e-mail with all the details of your payment (see Methods of payment available).

Important notices

Participants presenting a paper must register according to their status (regular, student or unwaged individual) and following the registration deadlines (see Conference registration fees).

Papers presented by more than one author: each author must register individually and should pay the corresponding fee. No registration is need for co-authors that will not attend the conference.

Accompanying person: the conference is not offering an accompanying person's registration fee. Any persons wishing to attend any part of the conference must register as a participant. If however you wish a guest to accompany you to the conference dinner, you may purchase additional tickets in the registration form. Please note these provide access to the conference dinner only.

* Including coffee-breaks (6), lunches (3), conference pack and annual subscription of Deleuze Studies.

Methods of payment

We are able to accept payments by national/international bank transfer and by credit card. The total amount of the fee should be credited to the conference organizer in one payment. Bank transfer and credit card payment expenses should be paid by the participant and it is not included in the registration fee. All payments must be in EURO. Please note your registration will be considered valid only after receipt of payment on time. According to the current Portuguese tax law, all payments received will be invoiced.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration refunds will be made for written cancellations received up to the online registration deadline (June 1st, 2013), minus a 5 EUR processing fee. In case the cancellation is received after that date, no refunds will be made. This includes also the costs of the conference dinner.
