How to complete applications in the Project Calls portal

Logging onto the Project Calls portal

In order to access the FCT projects website and submit proposals to the various calls for R&D projects, you can login by two ways:

  • CIÊNCIA ID
  • FCT-SIG login credentials
You have previously registered and your user name and password are still valid.

Simply enter them on

https://concursos.fct.pt/projectos

You have previously registered, but you have lost your user name and password or they do not work, and you have the same e-mail address.

You can recover them on:

FCT-SIG - https://sig.fct.pt/fctsig/?do=esqueceu

Your user name and password will be sent to you by e-mail. Enter these on

You have previously registered, but you have lost your user name and password or they do not work, and the e-mail address you used at that time is no longer active.

Curriculum vitæ platforms

All team members must have their CVs available on one of the following curriculum management platforms:

Researchers that opt for FCT|SIG instead of CIÊNCIAVITAE should take into consideration that the FCT|SIG curriculum management platform was discontinued, so since 30 of June of 2019 that is not possible to edit existing CVs.

CIÊNCIAVITAE may be used in all FCT calls. The platform is user friendly, intuitive and integrated with other national and international information systems. You can also retrieve the information registered in the FCT|SIG CV.
