31.03.2022 - Deadline for the submission of applications for Scientific Community Support for the year 2022. Applications should be made using the Form and can be sent by post (to FACC - Av. D. Carlos I, 126 1249-074 Lisbon, Portugal) or by email to facc@fct.pt. It should be noted that the Activities Report and Accounts of the support granted for the previous period must be sent to the FCT (also by post or email) no later than 60 days after the conclusion of the supported period.

04.05.2020 - The Scientific Community Support Fund will now on only support the activities of scientific societies or other institutions of an equivalent nature, taking into account the current funding framework for the institutions of the National Scientific and Technological System.

The Scientific Community Support Programme (FACC) is being restructured to focus on the activities to be funded and thus optimise their impact and the funding to be allocated.
At this point, FACC only maintains support for the functioning of scientific societies or other scientific institutions of the same nature.
