01.02.2019 - The final results of the CEEC Individual 2017 call will be published during the week of 4-8 February
17.09.2018 - The evaluation panels and the results after evaluation of the CEEC Individual 2017 call have been published.
31.07.2018 – The results of the CEEC Individual 2017 call will be published during the week of 17 September 2018. The high number of applications admitted after prior hearing of eligibility led to the extension of the period initially foreseen for the evaluation by some panels, postponing the final process of ranking the candidates and the subsequent processes that precede the communication of results. As the prior hearings of evaluation may require input from the institutions, the publication of results will occur after a time during which many of them are closed.
12.07.2018 – The List of applications admitted and not admitted to the CEEC Individual 2017 after Prior Hearing has been published.
21.05.2018 – Resolution of FCT Board of Directors - The Board of Directors of FCT has decided to admit all applications for which a decision of non-admission to the call had been issued due to the lack of documentation regarding the recognition of PhD degrees in Portugal. These applications will now be considered for evaluation. The administrative verification of the recognition of degrees obtained abroad will happen before the attribution of grants for the applications recommended for funding.
This resolution is in accordance with the provisions of art. 31 of the Regulation of Scientific Employment.
09.05.2018 - The Provisional List of applications admitted and not admitted to the CEEC Individual 2017 Call has been published. Candidates who were not admitted are now given the opportunity to comment on the procedure at a prior hearing.
Candidates must indicate in the plataform the reason the application should have been accepted. It is also possible to add documentation in support of the claim, such as, for example, copies of the request for recognition of degrees obtained abroad. This documentation must be sent by email to info.ec@fct.pt, indicating the application reference number.
After the communication of non-admissibility, the candidates have 10 working days -- until 23h59 of 22 May -- to pronounce themselves on any administrative errors. At the end of this period, the arguments presented will be analysed by FCT, which will simultaneously communicate the final decision to all the candidates who submitted allegations.

16.02.2018 - Na última semana, começaram a ser comunicadas as propostas de decisão no âmbito do Concurso de Projetos de IC&DT em todos os Domínios Científicos 2017. Uma vez que não foram ainda divulgados os resultados finais do concurso, e na sequência de questões que têm sido levantadas por alguns candidatos ao Concurso Estímulo ao Emprego Científico Individual (CEEC Individual), esclarecemos que as propostas de decisão entretanto comunicadas no âmbito do Concurso de Projetos não serão tidas em conta na avaliação do CEEC Individual.
