The scientific community is invited to submit comments and suggestions on
the proposal of Regulations for project grants funded exclusively by the
Portuguese state budget. All comments and suggestions should be sent by
e-mail, to regulamento.projetos@fct.pt,
until 8 July 2016 (that is, 30 working days after publication of
the consultation).
FCT notes that these regulations aim to update the evaluation and funding
regulations of Portuguese state budget-funded project grants, aligning
these with the Regulamento Específico do Domínio da Competitividade e
Internacionalização (RECI), which establishes the regulatory
framework for project grants that are co-funded by European structural
and investment funds.

Announcement of the participatory procedures for the Regulations for
project grants funded exclusively via Portuguese national funds through
FCT
The scientific community is invited to submit proposals and suggestions
for the formulation of a new regulation, which will establish the rules
for the selection, funding and management of projects funded solely by
national funds, through FCT. All comments and suggestions should be sent
by e-mail, to regulamento.projetos@fct.pt,
until 9 November 2015 (that is, 10 working days after publication
of the consultation).
This public consultation aims to contribute to revise the selection and
funding regulations for project grants awarded by FCT (involving national
funds), as a consequence of the implementation of the specific
regulations of the new funding framework for 2014-2020,
Portugal 2020.

FCT is consulting the entities from the National Scientific and
Technological System (SCTN) that have had past or on-going collaboration
