How to register a directory or journal?

Anyone can register a source of information, but it is preferable that the person(s) responsible for each service do this, the advantage being, is that they characterize the information in an efficient manner. To register a source of information one should make an initial registration as a user [URL] , after confirming this registration by e-mail, go to your personal area and select a Collection (journal or directory). After finishing the registration, the information will be approved and made publicly available in the Brazilian directory.
