Colonel Samuel Smith Park

When we walk along the man-made peninsula that extends out into Lake Ontario, we don't see tall trees or skyscrapers obstructing the horizon.

This is the sky I saw in its many shades as the sun was setting.

Did you know that certain emotions and feelings are associated with each finger?

Middle finger, for instance, is associated with resentment, rage and anger.

To get rid of those feelings, hold that finger with the opposite hand for about two or three minutes. Breathe slowly and deeply, imagining the feelings moving out of your finger into the earth. Focus on action and passion.

If you feel anxiety, preoccupation and nervousness do the same exercise holding your ring finger. You will feel peace and strength.
