This page allows introducing data needed to request an application document to be submitted to the Departamento de Formação de Recursos Humanos (DFRH) of the Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia. It is the responsibility ogf the candidate to verify the accuracy of all data. A few elementary checks are automatically performed to exclude a few common errors (this includes validating NIB, NIF and BI). If these checks are satisfied a PDF document will be produced. Print this document, sign it, and send it with the required documentation, to DFA. Submitting data to the form does not submit the application.
